I went to AACOMAS today to check up on how my transcript entry was going (since I don't trust myself to enter everything in correctly) and I now have a blank page with no editable forms. Would this be related somehow, or is AACOMAS going through some sort of downtime?

Yes, the site portal seems to be malfunctioning for all users at this point. I would recommend working on any items offline until service resumes. I'll update if there are any changes.
