just to see what people are saying about the school (not that I really care what others think), but I have to admit some people are funny with their responses.

Questions:
What negatively impacted your visit? What did you wish you had known about before you interviewed?

Replies:
Where JHMI is in the city of Balitmore.
There really are guards on every corner.

Hello?!? Do you not realize the history of the school and the institution, and why it was founded? Geez. Everyone and their grandma (even mine for some odd reason) knows the school is not on the Inner Harbor, nor in the ritzy glitzy areas of Baltimore.

Good grief, I'm surprised at how naive some people are, especially when they have SDN to look at to get just about ever opinion under the sun about JHMI.

I'm sure there are other schools with responses like these, but I had to amuse myself while doing some research on another school.

Hell, I went strapped to LNE back in the day. No, seriously my locker-mate had a gun in our locker during our freshman year.

It's still probably not as bad as the lady in my interview group at UNMC couldn't believe that it would actually be COLD in Nebraska in late November. There are also a couple of nasty interview feedbacks about UNMC and Creighton moaning about Omaha and Nebraska in general. C'mon folks read a map and use your head-every school will have flaws, but what you consider flaws is what appeals to the next guy or gal.

Wouldn't surprise me at any LPS HS. LSE had it's problems too.

I get amused at the small things. Hello, do some research on the city as well as the school. If you want to know weather trends www.weather.com has some great info.

Well no DUH! I see them every weekday. Just think it's funny hearing naive people talk about JH. According to some I live in a third world country.
