Title says it all. RULES: Don't be a lame-o and just say a med school acceptance, or anything school affiliated (i.e. a 4.0, a research fellowship, etc!). If you've seen me post around, all I do is complain about not breaking 30 on the mcat, but I'm asking for the new smash bros for my wii U...🙂

Happy Holidays to all 🙂

Edit: A trip to Houston would also be nice 😀

When I get a job I'd definitely like to buy a new laptop, maybe the new macbook that should come out next year 😍

And after having a job for months I'd like to buy a new car

What do I want for Christmas? A set of the berkeley review books

I got some cash, those little tree air fresheners for my car, and a CD, which is awesome because anyone who knows me knows that if money were no object, I'd spend the majority of it on music. Bought some spiffy clothes too 😎

Even though I'm 22, I almost threw a tantrum when I went to gamestop and my mom said she won't just by me the new smash >.> I guess i'm still a kid at heart! But she always gets me the best presents so....#MommasBoy

Heyyy I'm no Santa but I could give them to you for a very good price! PM me if you're interested

To get into medical school this year. I'm on a waitlist and haven't heard from a few schools, so that'd make the best christmas ever. Application cycle has gotten me feeling down and out for the holidays.

If it hasn't already been said... I wish the day was a lot longer than it is. We all have so much to get done with such little time. A time machine would be nice, lol.

Ultimately, I'm fairly happy with what I have. I don't have much money, but I'm in good health and I have a family that I am very close to. As busy as we all are with this lifestyle, I've grown to not care for materialistic things as we don't have time to enjoy them. I wish I had the time and money to get back into building cars like I did before college. Unfortunately, I will probably never be able to do that freely.

I would appreciate some pants and jeans, though.

Spoiler for my car!

What do you drive?... lol

LOL...I'm the only Admin in that list but whatevs...

sorry I was drinking Champagne by the pool in Mexico and dozed off early last night so missed your tag!

There's not much I want or need for Christmas except for maybe my mother to realize she needs to wear her hearing aids so she can be part of the conversation. She doesn't realize or want to accept just how much stuff she misses. But that would be a Christmas miracle so I will just ask Santa to take care of my elderly diabetic kitty who is being boarded for the first time while I'm here and that he eats (he starves himself when stressed) and a good chair by the beach today for me.

A copy of the the biography about Golgi....

And I'm going to have to break the rules. But, dude, this is a pre-med forum after all.

And a grade change from a A- to an A for my research credits. Really, though, I'm waiting until after Christmas to send my reasoning to my PI to not ruin the spirit of the season. The poor workmanship of my partner should not effect *my* grade. If it wasn't for that I'd have 19 credits worth of 4.0.

Merry Christmas. May your stockings be filled with things other than pre-med neuroticism.

I received many nice things today, many thanks, and the kids actually let us sleep in, instead of waking us at 3AM like the did last year!

EDIT: I can use a new tooth for Xmas now...I just had a big filling go belly-up. Luckily, no sensitivity to heat, cold or pressure, so I hope to avoid a root canal, but I have a strong feeling a crown is in my near future.

On the plus side, my new non-stick ceramic saute pan is indeed non-stick!

Ceramic pans are the best. Probably the best wedding present we got
