What’s the difference between incentive theory and rational choice theory?

And: between somatic symptom disorder and illness anxiety disorder?

Somatic symptom disorder is when a psychological issues manifest as physical symptoms that cannot be medically explained.

illness anxiety disorder is when a patient has anxiety about having an illness even if there is no illness present.

Rational choice theory is the belief that everything people do is rational based on weighing the pros and cons.

incentive theory is that behavior is motivated by the desire for rewards/ reinforcements which drives behavior
