I will be attending a CVS training class on Monday and one the items they request I bring is a social security card. I was wandering if I can use a US passport, a printout of social security card being processed in two weeks, or birth certificate. Will I be fine or not? I will have my original pharmacy technician license and my state driver's license.

Depends on how flexible the store manager is. Technically, you just need two forms of state-issued ID, so a passport would be fine. Ironically, a girl who was hired at the same time I was had immigrated to the US when she was 4. Her social security card said that she was not allowed to work (because of her age at immigration), and she had never applied for the real card she should have gotten when she turned 18. Our manager was totally cool with it. (At least, I think that's how it went...I'm no immigration lawyer. Luckily, I was born here.)
