Considering the MCAT is computerized, is there a software I can use to help prepare for the exam, that is if it exists? If it does, can someone recommend me one that can also teach the materials properly?

If you're talking about the computer format, the official (AAMC) practice tests replicate the CBL environment on your screen. After that you just need to find someplace quiet and comfortable to take it.

As for preparation, there aren't any programs I know of. Online, there are many sources for content review: Chad's Videos, Khan Academy, and WikiPremed just to name a few.
