http://www.naturalreaders.com/free_version.htm - the voice isn't great, but it's free. If that doesn't work and no one else can recommend something, I'd recommend checking out these options on CNET.

I have an app on my g1 phone but it's full of quirks and glitches. I tried to listen to it on the way to school today (I have a long drive), but it didn't really seem to help much. There's something about trying to learn from a robot that seems unnatural.
