    hi
sympathetic end organ is SKIN. bcoz any end organ is a termination of a sensory nerve.
a person cannot hear fork vibrations bcoz there is damage to TYMPANIC MEMBRANE. bcoz sound waves first strike the membrane 1st
as far as incisal guidance, i think the greater the ig, the greater the posterior cusp height. so the answer may b incresing the cuspal height of posterior teeth.

when canine guidance is taken out, buccal premolar cusps and mesial buccal cusp of first molar act as surrogate guidance.

    regarding the tuning fork que
if there is a damagae to nerve on one side then the fork will be heard better on the workin side if placed on mastoid as waves travel faster in bone than in air.
