GTP binding proteins - binds tightly to adenylate cyclase.

Posterior to azygous is Rt vagus nerve

Please correct me if i am wrong.

thanq guys for immdiate reply ..
i can agree with thymidylate,
but i dnt understand ...1.rt vagus forms oesophageal plexus as for as i read...so it presence shd be above azygous..
can u help me in giving some explanation r ur source material in choosing this ans...
plzzzzz
thanq

q.which of the following is a nucleotide?
A.urate b.uracil c.adenosine d.ribose e.thymidylate

Urate : uric acid crystal
uracil : Nitrigen base
Ribose : pentose sugar
Adenosine : Nucleoside (adenine plus sugar)
so left is Thymidylate : Yes. Thymidylate is a nucleotide. dTMP is a deoxyribonucleotide comprised of thymine, the pentose sugar deoxyribose and phosphate. It is the only nucleotide unique to DNA.

i was easily traped here, 'ld have pciked uracil and moved on but seeing the answer made me think..then i realise uracil is N base not nucleotide..

Good One..

GTP binding proteins are membrane proteins..That is the best answer.
Because they bind very loosely to Adenylate cyclase and control it's activity...

I keep meaning to post this and it's now bothering me enough to go and do it.

I am changing my answer to the right vagus nerve (question was which structure is posterior to the azygous).

The netters book may have had an illustration that makes it look like the splanchnic nerve is the answer but apparently it isn't.

Confirmed with a released NBDE exam AND the dental decks. I don't think they'd both get it wrong...

even i hav seen dat..in released paper of asda .
they given ans as right vagus..
but i went back and refered always i conclude with an ans as splanchnic..
really im confused with this..
plz some body shd help..
