Okay so i have to have a dental degree from the us and have a pr (since being Canadian doesn't matter). So, does a 2 year IDP count as a dental degree from the us when i apply for OMFS programs?

Try to write a little clearer, it is more respectful to a reader and you would get more answers
There used to be IDP programs which gave only a certificate. I don't know if they still exist. Majority give you a DDS or DMD degree.
It will be a bit harder to apply to OMFS if you need class rank
