Hi, I am currently a senior and I already sent my transcript to AMCAS.
The thing here is that the submitted transcript doesn't have my spring semester grade, and in fact, not all of my spring semester grades are in the system yet. Even though all the spring semester grades come in, it will take time for the grades to be incorporated into the official transcript.
As far as I know, my college web site says that the grades should be able to be released around early June (and I am submitting the application in early June). Since I am a senior and 3.5 year worth of grade is already in the transcript, does it matter if I need to wait until the spring semester grades become available

One thing here is that I currently have 3.8 gpa upto last semester, I didn't do so well this semester with 20 units, which will bring it down to around 3.76. I want to keep my grades upto last semester if it wouldn't cause any problem.

So send the transcripts without the Spring Semester grades. Your GPA will be higher...

they require all transcripts up to the beginning of the application cycle.
