Thank you for the reply. I’ve gotten my English out of the way the way in High school, I took a college course. I do need three semesters of foreign language to graduate.. stupid I know. What would you say about taking foreign languages over the summer online or at a CC?
Foreign languages over the summer at your home university should be fine, and I would venture to say the same for a CC but I am not certain.
If you are referring to AP credit or CC with regards to english, many schools don't accept it as opposed to courses taught at your home institution. I would encourage you to apply with the following prerequisite courses, as this is sort of what I am doing, more or less:
1 year of General Chemistry
1 year of Organic Chemistry
1 year of General/Intro Biology
1 year of English (shoot for atleast 1 writing intensive course)
1 year of general physics (Algebra based)
1 semester of Psychology
1 semester of Sociology
1 semester of Statistics (you may need calc for some schools however you wont for most)
1 semester of an upper division bio (maybe 2 semesters, you should be fine with 1 though)
1 semester of biochemistry (this is sometimes a requirement but you may be able to get by without it, I would probably take it anyway as it can only help on the MCAT)
I believe that is a fairly comprehensive list of recommended pre-reqs. These should all be taken during the spring or fall semester at your home undergraduate institution. I hope this helps. I can clarify anything you need help with.
