I'm taking the Addiction Boards monday through APBM. Looking for any encouragement because the questions I've done through ASAM and CSAM have left me a bit discouraged. I am IM/palliative and have never failed a board exam but am kinda of amazed at the 71% pass rate for this exam! Has anyone taken them recently and can share what the exam was like?? Freaking out. 😉

I did all of the ASAM and CSAM questions, and found the actual board exam questions to be MARKEDLY more difficult. And I'm not too bad on standardized tests. The practice questions on ASAM/CSAM were repetitive and many were full of errors. I am fairly terrified to learn whether I passed or failed. Practice pathway applicant here, trained in internal medicine.
