South Carolina School of Pharmacy

Just wondering if anyone knew info about this new program. Apparently University of South Carolina's pharmacy school and the Medical University of South Carolina's school of pharmacy are now combining into one school. Does that mean that it no longer has accreditation? Is it generally a good idea to go to schools that aren't yet accredited? I'm just a little hesitant, but want to understand how it all works out.

They are in the process of applying for pre-candidate status and will most likely have it this summer.
