I went to South for an interveiw last week. It took about 3 hours total. When you first get there, the dean does an opening talk. Then you have two interveiws with faculty members, and a student takes you on a tour of the building. There is a little bit of waiting around, but that's the time that you work on your essay. I really liked the school, the professors I interviewed with were really layed back and everyone I talked to made it seem like it's a very student-oriented school. That's always a good thing! I've heard that they get back to you really quickly about whether you got in or not, but they said they wouldn't let us know until next week since this is a short week. I'm so nervous!
Traffic in Savannah wasn't bad. That area is actually a lot nicer than the downtown area, things are spaced out better, so it's easier to get places.
I applied b/c I like the fact that you get done in three years and it's on the quarter system. You have to have your own reasons though.
