I am applying to South University. I e-submitted my PharmCAS on Jan 11 and the deadline is Feb 1 for South. Did I submit it too late? Did anyone else wait until Jan. to submit? I am so worried.:scared:

If they find you as a strong enough candidate you'll be fine.

to be specific, if you submitted your pharmcas on the 11th then it will take pharmcas about 3-4 weeks to prepare and send it off to south....so your application might arrive a little later than others...but...you're still upheld as a valued candidate. :luck:

Thanks Mandu08. PharmCAS has had my transcripts since 12/21/07. I don't understand why it takes so long for them to send it out.

I just got interview invitation yesterday. The lady told me there will also be an interview as late as March 28 and March 7.

So you should be fine.

RNtoPharmD,

If you don't mind me asking, what is your stats? I applied to South because 1. my sister is in the class of 2009
2. I visited the college, and I love it!!

Thanks🙂

I have an interview coming up in March and although I really want to go, my financial situation is making me ponder passing it up. Can someone please give me some information about the program, campus, and the city?

South is a 3 year accelerated program. It is on the quarter system, and you go to school 4 quarters a year (year round). The campus is tiny (only 3 buildings) so if you like big schools this is not the school for you. On the other hand if you like small universities, it is an ideal place. The city is beautiful and enriched with a lot of history.
