Spanish Speaking Electives for pediatrics

Does anybody have any suggestions on an away rotation in pediatrics where I would be fully immersed in a spanish speaking environment? I just want a way to improve/develop my medical spanish. Thanks for any help.

Miami Children's or Holtz children Hospital (UMiami affiliate) You won't be fully immersed but that's probably the closest you can get in the continental US. Otherwise you could also do an away in Puerto Rico.
