Special LOR requirements for some DO schools

Does anybody know of any special LOR requirements as in additional letters or papers filled out for DO schools.. and I think there is one for Michigan, but I am not sure? If people can chime in that would be great!

MSUCOM is the only one. Everyone else accepts interfolio or virtual eval.

ok thanks! does anyone know if the lecom supplemental requires additional papers to be filled out by the DO physician LOR or can i just send in the doctor's letter?

I had a question about PCOM but realized the answer is on this page. The link above says dean letter is required, but I'm pretty sure it can be from a variety of sources.

What does MSU require differently for their LORs?

They have LOR forms that have different questions on them. You have to have two different people fill them questions out. The great thing is that they can be from anyone except from family who know you well.
