While reviewing the special pays for the Navy (med.navy.mil/Special-Pays/), I wondered if what Navy medicine was offering was mirrored by the Air Force and Army. I know there are specifically set limits that broadly cover all branches, but I believe they individually can choose what they offer within those limits.

Anyone out there have links or documents outlining specific special pays for the medical/dental corps? For example, something that shows what the multi year retention bonus for an endodontist in the Army, et cetera.
