specializing for international dentists

hey guy i will graduate this year from dental school and i want to specialize in the us and wanted to know how hard is it to get into ortho or omfs programs as an international dentists...if there is hope could you guys tell me what is needed to become competitive to entre such programs and are there any programs just for international dentists
i would realy appreciate your help
