What are the fields that an anesthesiologist can go into?

ACGME approved: Critical Care, Pain Management, Pediatrics, Pediatric Critical Care
Non-approved: Cardiac, Neuro, OB, Transplant. Others? I believe there is currently a push to get cardiac fellowships approved by the ACGME as well.
