If you know what specific heat means, it will also make it easier.
Specific heat is heat required to change its temp by 1 celsius(i think).
so higher the specific heat, the more heat u need to change the temp.
Since you have low specific heat, even a little heat stimulation will change the temperature.
Assuming that the same amount of heat is given to
1. high specific heat
2. low specific heat
you will have bigger change in temperature (delta T) with #2 than #1.
