Specific LOR and personal statement prompt?

Hi all,
I'm currently taking time off before 4th year, but wanted to get a head start on my personal statement, and possibly LORs. obviously i know the personal statement is going to ask about career interests/goals, etc; and the LOR will ask to describe the student's attributes and potential to be a good doctor, etc. but can somebody please post the actual wording of the personal statement and LOR prompts?

There is no prompt, and the personal statement doesn't ask anything. It is simply an aread for you to write whatever you want - basically sell yourself and why you want to do that specialty. Google it and you'll find a lot of examples, including some on the AMA site. Likewise there is no LOR prompt really, just a waiver and instruction forms to give your letter writers - they'll know what to do.
