Filling out U Vermont's secondary and it asks about speeding tickets going 5 years back. I got a speeding ticket a few years ago but requested a trial by declaration, won, and the ticket was dismissed entirely. Should I check "yes" and explain or "no" on the application? I don't want to unnecessarily provide information that reflects negatively on me, but I want to be honest. Anyone know how to handle this?

I believe you check no since it was dismissed entirely. This is more a question for @gonnif because I don't want to tell you one thing and be entirely wrong

Maybe you could call someone over at UVermont? They'll be able to tell you for sure.
