Ok I have two questions concerning spinal cord injury(they were both previous exam subjects)
first what is the difference in clinical symptoms between a spinal cord injury in the T5 level and an extended injury in the L1-L5 level?
second what are the clinical symptoms and signs of an incomplete spinal cord injury in the C7-T1 level?

1) As mentioned, autonomic dysregulation in spinal cord injury. Also, a sensory level is present around T5 for a T5 injury but not in the lumbar. Finally, if it's a slowly progressive/compressive injury (e.g. not acute), long tract signs are present at T5, but not lumbar.

2) C7-T1 injury would affect roots of the lower plexus and motor functions such as tricep/wrist extension and hand grasp as well as provide a sensory level in the medial hand/forearm and axilla. Incomplete injury has some preservation of sensory and/or motor function below the level of injury.
