Hey guys, I have occassionally heard of companies and/or physician's groups sponsoring medical students if they agree to work for them after. Anyone know anything about this?

The government will do it if you want primary care.
I don't know how this would happen say for an ortho group since you can't really be guarenteed to match into it.

I was offered a full ride through undergrad and medical school under the auspices that I work in rural Indiana for a certain period of time- I believe it was 6 years. I turned it down.
