Is there any difference between applying for fall and spring admission for MPH, in terms of difficulty getting in? Specifically I'm looking at schools in Boston (BU and Northeastern). Does anybody have any insight on this?

Are my chances of being accepted different for spring? No. If you are a strong applicant, we are happy to accept you for fall or spring.

I do not see a similar question for NeU, but I would imagine it is the same.
