Looking for some advice on my spring schedule (Junior, Biology major/business minor) - keep in mind I'll be prepping for my MCAT as well (deciding between the May 30th & June 20th dates)

So far I've taken:
Intro to biology 1 & 2
Ecology and evolution + Lab
Cell & Molecular Biology + Lab
Genetics
Plant Form & Function
Physics 1
+ other (chem, ochem, econ, calc, hist, psych, etc.)

For the spring I was thinking: (#hrs - class)
4 - Physics 2 + Lab
4 - Physiology + Lab
3 - Medical Ethics
3 - Survey of Accounting (business minor)

*my question boils down to which one should I add. My options are histology, immunobiology, biochemistry, comparative vertebrate anatomy, or maybe even health economics?
I originally was leaning toward biochemistry to help with the mcat, but I think I could study and teach myself the basics without going through the whole course. Which one would be best to help with the MCAT, or be best to have on my transcript when applying?

*note: I'm applying next cycle and assume all classes are equally hard.

Some schools require biochemistry for their application. I say take biochemistry since it is one of the most popular classes for medical schools. It helps some with MCAT but is not necessary, so you will be able to learn the information without having the class.
