Hey,
I am looking for some input on a dilemma for my spring scheduling. I am looking to add a fluff class with my current schedule of Organic II and Anatomy/Phys I. I want to use some of the free time to prep for PCAT and try to get some shadowing/volunteering in. I am almost done with my prerequisites so I am running out of classes to take.
Will my application give the impression of me as slacking off or should I add some other advanced bio or chem class? Thanks.

I am taking my last pre req - Org II, Org Lab, Plant Diversity (dont laugh, its supposed to be the hardest class Im taking in spring) and Genetics. Genetics is definitely the fluff class. Its not the crazy genetics - just the straight mendelan (spelled rong?). I think you need at least one class to bring your schedule back down to earth and provide a small break throughout the week. I might be adding in Micro bio lab (I couldn't get in it this semester). I wouldn't be afraid of having one fluff course.

Last summer - I take into to psych, us gov, micro-economics, and Physics II w/ Calc - hahah, that was 3 fluff courses and one science. Its all good, just make sure you can explain what was going on - studying for the PCAT + work or volunteer make excellent reasons.
