stanford or yale?

Hi, i liked both these places, but i'm not sure which is better. I think i'd get slightly better training at yale, but for some reason it seems stanford has an up as far as the name of their surgery department. plus it's a better place to live. i have no specific interests as far as fellowship just yet. ahhh!
