Is Stanford screening to determine who gets secondaries this year? Or are they simply sending out secondarys to all verified applicants?

I finally got the Stanford secondary today.I thought I would grow old waiting to hear from them. Scooby, did you get the secondary or did they have the nerve to screen you out?!
