Stanford Secondary question

For those that have gotten the Stanford secondary, do you feel like you're basically rewriting a whole new, but shorter, personal statement? Or maybe a disadvantaged statement if you would have written one?

Do they want you to elaborate on your volunteer experiences and why that has helped confirm your decision to become a physician? I'm halfway done but want to make sure I'm on the right track because I feel as if I'm being redundant about stuff that's already in my AMCAS application.

I would really appreciate any help!

they just want you to go into in depth, just incase you werent able to on your amcas. all you need to do is just answer the questions and if they end up being somewhat redundant, then sobeit. its not necessarily a bad thing to re-emphasize things in your app...just shows how meaningful you thought they were to you. just don't cut and paste haha.

Davis has a chance at being my top choice, it's the closest school to my home.

3.4 31 with lots of stuff on the side.

im glad davis is a high choice for you guys. i really do hope to see some more nice sdnners there in the future.
