Starting a pain practice

I am considering starting a pain practice.

My current group uses Neurotherm and Cosman RF generators. They both work well. Any idea of what kind of cost I can expect for a generator and RF needles? Any other companies whose devices you like or can be had for a good price?

Any recs for a c-arm table or c-arm?
