Considering you've already done the courses, I feel like you'll pick up on it better than you expect. MD/PhD students take 4+ years off in the middle of school and have told me that it just takes a bit of time to refresh everything but it's obviously doable. Sure you won't remember all of 1st year, but your fellow classmates won't have seen it ever before and will be learning with you. If you really want to prep, I'd review any old course books or things like that. Or if you have access to your school's electronic files, look at the stuff posted for the current first years and review that. But again, I think going in without prep will be easier than you think.
