I don't have any numbers for you, but someone else might now that you have narrowed things down (a bit).

If you are simply curious what sort of pay you are looking at after fellowship, that's a tantalizing question but a difficult one to answer. Otherwise you shouldn't really pay too much attention to starting salary. You will only have negotiating leverage if you have multiple offers, and the partner salary or salary after 3-5 years is about 100x more important.
