Hello,
I am looking forward to gaining a large amount of knowledge from this site and am happy to be here.
As some background and where i stand...I am 26, married, and trying to get back into school. In highschool I was less than a model student at a less than ideal school with an abysmal 2.5 Gpa. Fast forward a few years and after about 36hrs of community college classes in criminal and legal studies working towards a professional certification my gpa was at 3.8 (weird what a few years of growing up can do huh?YMMV).From day one my career has constantly had me in contact with medical professionals and....you guessed it....I started having that longing. That was five years ago, and while I enjoy my work because I get to continually help people, but something has always been missing. So with the blessing of the wife I am trying to get my start.
I am setting my sights on USF in Tampa to enroll for my undergrad full-time. It seems like a daunting task, quitting work and moving to go back for an undergrad at my age but I have to start somewhere.
Good luck to all in similar positions.
