Hi .. I have been searching some specific case like my daughter. My daughter did her middle school, high school in Dallas TX and now she is in UDT - Neuroscience as major. She is in first year so we trying to find some answers for her. She is on H4 and will be moving to F1 soon. My question is will she be considered as in state resident (high school in TX and even the undergrad) when applying through TMDSAS or international? we have our own house and I work and pay taxes in Texas. Can she apply to all the TMDSAS colleges and considered as in state even after moving to F1 visa?

Would appreciate if you can share your journey and experience. Thank you!

Please read this post about Texas resident status.
Unless your daughter has a permanent resident application in process and will have PR status with no expiration date within the next 3 years she will still be considered an international applicant.
