Is there anywhere that we can find this? Or maybe we could start a thread like the one that exists for people that matched?

See p. 253 of this document. It gives detailed statistics of US Seniors and Independent Applicants who failed to match.

Also look at these results from the SDN search engine from previous match list threads. Usually one or two people every year who did not match share their stats as well as advice to future applicants.
