I just took my OAT today. I got

QR 290
RC 310
Bio 270 (I was scoring best on this sec and on QR for all my practice tests. I really wish they would've turned out better)
GC 360
OC 300
Phy 320
TS 310
AA 310

My GPA is about a 3.5 and is at a competitive university.

My top choice is Pacific and others are SCCO, SCO, Western, and maybe the one in Arizona. Others schools are also possibilities. I will apply next summer/fall. What are my chances of getting in? I could retake the OAT but I'm kind of sick of it 🙂

Thanks

GPA: Good enough, providing your pre-requisite grade point average is also near a 3.5. This is just above average at most schools. If you have a semester or more left in your undergraduate studies, make sure you either maintain a 3.5 grade point average or improve upon it.

OAT: Below average at most schools; however, your grade point average will balance things out a little for you.

I really think you have a legitimate shot at acceptance into one of your desired schools, without having to re-take the OAT exam, IF you have some solid shadowing hours, excellent letters of recommendation, well rounded extra curricular activities, and you APPLY EARLY!!! Provided you do this...you will be on your way to several interviews. Prepare for your interviews and sell yourself to their program. It’s as easy as that.

Keep in mind all of the school's current averages are based on the old scoring of the OATs.
Those numbers do seem a little low, so I would probably retake the rest.. but I think of the 5 schools, you're sure to get an interview to a few of them.
