Does "Completed" in the checklist for NAPLEX on www.mylicense.state.pa.us mean that I passed? Thank you!

The checklist that they send out via snail mail says, "Take and pass the NAPLEX and Pennsylvania MPJE," so my interpretation is that "Completed" means you passed. Mine read completed, and I had passed the exam.

As for when you will receive your results, I took the NAPLEX on a Monday. The form with my score was dated for that Thursday (3 days later). The postmark showed it was mailed out at the end of the week (I think it was Saturday - so maybe they throw everything in the mail before they go home for the weekend).

I also took my law exam on a Monday, and the form was dated for Thursday. I don't even note the postmark, but it had to be a day or two after that based on how long it took for me to receive my results.
