Status of SGR temporary fix?

What is the status of the fix/temporary pushback? I know 21% cuts are supposed to happen tomorrow (YIKES!)... I know the Senate passed a temporary fix until 10/1/10, but I haven't read any final statements on this.

I believe that the extension passed the House, but was not voted on my the Senate before they went on recess. Last I heard, CMS directed for claims to not be processed for 10 business days after the cut takes place to give the Senate time to retroactively pass the extension when they get back without effecting physician payments.

In short, same old, same old...
