There are a couple of old postings on scutwork.com that describe a number of resident complaints regarding the program. I am a med school senior, interested in UC Davis, but some of the comments make me nervous about spending the money to fly out there (if I happened to get an interview). Does anyone know if they've made changes since 2004?
Specifically, does anyone know about attendings not passing exams, dipping resident board passage rates, resident morale, or tension between residents and attendings.
Any info would be greatly appreciated. I actually really like the central valley of CA and am hoping that they've made some improvements at UC Sactown. Thanks in advance.
