STEP 1 Pictures, Diagrams, MRIs

I've noticed that majority of the questions on Qbank doesn't have gross pictures , clinical pictures, histo pictures, physiology and pharmacology diagrams, or films (MRI, Chest-Xray, CTs, fundoscopy).

If you had to guess what percentage of your 350 question exam had an accompanying picture, diagram, film, etc.
