step 1 practice session problem!

hello to everybody! i have received my usmle step 1 practice session permit on saturday an from then i try to schedule my test through prometric but i cant. when i reach the "locate test center" tab, i cannot locate my preferred test center , although they assured me that they provide both the actual step 1 and practice test. did anyone had the same problem? i contacted prometric headquarters and they have no idea. they try to find the problem. they dont know if this is their problem or from ecfmg. please help! thank you
