What are my chances at mid to low tier academic IM with these chances? Does the residency platform still obscure prior board failures do you still have to look at past transcript to see prior board failures? Are there any thoughts of submitting USMLE only initially to avoid filters and then submitting comlex prior to ranking (to avoid potential match violation)? One acdemic PD i emailed she will take usmle in lieu of comlex making me think most academic PDs do not know comlex is a grad requirement for DOs and are okay with step scores only? @NotAProgDirector your thoughts would be appreciated as well thanks a lot
