hi guys, I'm a student with a step 1 score of 245 currently finishing my 6th year medical school here in portugal. I wish to do my step 2 next year with 250+ score cause I want radiology or internal medicine. I want to build up a good internal medicine base cause I'm still weak in this subject.. I searched internet and came to the conclusion that mayo clinic internal medicine review, step up internal medicine and cecil are the best.. But I don't like the way they're written and harrison's is too complicated.

I love kumar and clark clinical medicine. It is very well written and also covers psych and special senses. But it is british!!! Do you think that british books vary much from a book like cecil or harrison's and I will learn wrong for step 2?
