i'm a do student hoping to do an md neuro residency. i've taken both the usmle and comlex step 1. do most allopathic neuro residency programs require a usmle step 2 or can i get away with just taking the comlex?

also, i've done one neuro rotation thus far and will do the second in september so i have one neuro lor right now. i've gotten lors from my attendings in fm, peds, ob, nephro, trauma, and neuro. which ones should i send to the programs i apply to?
