Step 2 CK curve and scoring?

How is the step 2CK scored? Is there a curve for the different versions of the exam? Like if you got an "easier" version vs someone who got a "harder" version... Are the exams curved within their versions or curved against all exams?

This, and also, if you've taken Step 1, then you should know the drill. I doubt it's very much different.
