So, maybe a silly question but what exactly does this mean. IIRC, we don't actually know the formula used for determining the 3 digit score. Does this mean that one actually needs to get more question right to pass?

Also, seems like the passing score increased 20 points in the past two years from 189-209. See the following link for min score change trends:
