step 2 ck scores

i submitted my app about a month ago. will take step 2 dc at the end of this month. i didn't request for my scores to go straight to programs but what are the chances that programs will want to see my scores before they make a decision?

in other words, do my step 2 scores really matter at this point????

Well.. Depends on the programs you are applying to and ur Step 1 scores. If ur Step 1 scores are stellar i.e. >240, I would say ride that. Unless however you are applying to someplace supercompetetive like Hopkins who want to see ur step 2 scores b4 they rank you. Hope this helps and Good LUCK 🙂

hi......i'm a us-img.....step 1 of 87, cs pass, will sit step 2 in nov, 1 yr observ. in canada......applied to approx. 20/20 programs in fm/im.....got 4 interviews, 2 univ. affil. fm, 1 univ.affil. im & 1 comm. based im......so, i think u should apply.......all the best!
